Frequently Asked Questions

Can you travel to my event outside of Tampa, FL.

Yes!! We love to travel and even more if it’s for your event!

We’ll travel to whichever destination it may be to cover your special day. Travel expenses are charged separately.

We wish we could meet with you, but we don’t live in Tampa. Is there another alternative?

The majority of our clients hire us without an in-person meeting. However, we are happy to schedule a Skype, FaceTime or any other kind of video meeting.

What's the role of a second photographer in my event?

The second photographer is responsible for shooting, all the details, decorations,  providing a second angle during the ceremony and reception, sometimes staying with the Mom of the Quinceañera to take pictures with all the guests without loosing coverage from the Quinceañera, also a second photographer would be assisting the lead photographer with off-camera lighting for creative portraits.

Do you photograph details and family group photos?

Details and Family Photos are very important for us, as you can seen throughout our website, so Yes!! We’ll take care of all of those pictures for you.

When will we see our photographs?

Our Signature develop process for each image in your gallery is the same, we want to make sure that all your photos have the same quality, this process could take up to 8 weeks.

How do you deliver our photos?

We create an Online Gallery for you, this online gallery is hosted in the cloud for 1 year, in this gallery you’ll be allowed to see, share, and download all of your pictures. Our clients love this because they have easy access to their photos from anywhere in the world as long as they have an internet connection, so you don’t need to carry your USB drive everywhere to show your photos to your family and friends.

Who select's the images for the Albums ?

We are storytellers, and we have a lot of experience designing albums for our clients, if you decide to let us pick your images for your album, we can do it for you with no cost, if you decide to choose your own photos our platform is very user friendly and you shouldn’t have any problem selecting your pictures. Once the album design is ready, you’ll have a chance to review it before it gets sent out for production.
